Lashley Tractor Sales is a company dedicated to serving the growing needs of construction equipment and consumer equipment users. We are a dealer for the New Holland, Kubota and ASV lines of equipment. We sell, rent and provide product support for New Holland, Kubota and ASV as well as provide product support for other brands of equipment.

Our motto is “You Will Be Satisfied” and we only hire individuals dedicated to customer service. We expect any employee to act immediately to address a customer concern and each employee is authorized to spend up to $2,000.00 to satisfy a customer problem without prior approval.

Lashley Tractor Sales focuses on no more than three Wildly Important Goals at any given time. These goals are currently:

1. Immaculate Dealership: Our objective is that every part of the dealership is kept in an immaculate condition at all times in terms of organization and cleanliness.

2. One Day Service Turn Around: Our objective is that every service job is returned to the customer completed and invoiced within 24 hours of drop-off or service call request.

3. 100% Current Accounts Receivable and an Inventory Turn of Six: Our objective is that all accounts receivable are current and that our dollars in inventory turn over at a rate of six times per year.

Lashley Tractor Sales has a fast paced environment that requires focus and hard work. Our most important qualification is the willingness to work hard and our second most important qualification is flexibility in doing whatever is required at any given time to further the business.

We have an intensive job qualification process in order to insure that only the best people come to work with our current team. The process includes testing as well as manager and team interviews.
